"Age check was surprisingly easy"
I had to verify my age before placing the order, and I was kind of expecting it to be annoying, but it really wasn’t. I think it took maybe a minute or so? There weren’t any weird steps or anything that made me stop and wonder what to do next. It felt secure without slowing everything down too much, at least from what I could tell. Overall, smooth experience.

"Bottle was fine... box, not so much!!"
The bottle made it here totally safe, so no real complaints there!! But the box was definitely kinda beat up when it arrived... looked like it had been through a bit!!!

The return itself went through fine, but the refund was slow. What made it more annoying was that I never really got to talk to an actual person about it, just updates and automated stuff. It would’ve been a lot less frustrating with some human contact

"Good deals, especially on wine and mixers"
I mostly shop at BevMo for the promos, they’re usually worth it. The prices are fair, but the buy deals are what really help, especially when I’m picking up wine or mixers. The site is easy enough to use, and on my last order I actually saved more than I expected, which was a nice surprise...

I used a BevMo gift card on BevMo.com for a pickup order, and thankfully it worked without any major issues.
The checkout page was a bit slow, and I did have to enter the card number twice. I’m not totally sure if that was something I did or just the site being a little glitchy, but the balance showed correctly after that.
My order was ready the same day, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth experience, just with a small delay during checkout.

"I like that BevMo’s hours are pretty..."
I like that BevMo’s hours are easy to work around... most days I can swing by after work and not feel like I’m racing the clock. Super helpful when I totally forget to grab drinks for the weekend. It’s not always ideal if it’s really late late, but compared to a few other stores around me, it’s way more convenient. solid overall

I stopped by BevMo and it was just a really easy trip because the store was clean, the shelves were neat, everything was laid out in a way that actually made sense, and I found what I needed quickly without wandering around confused or feeling like I had to dig through a mess.

"Delivery worked, but I had a few annoyances"
I checked my address and it showed right away what could actually be delivered to me, which was nice. I did like that it wouldn’t let me add random stuff that couldn’t come to my area, because that kind of thing is annoying, and it’s annoying when sites don’t tell you until the end. The order showed up fine and everything was easy overall. I just wish more items were available, because it’s frustrating seeing things you want but can’t get, and yeah, that part was a little frustrating.

I had a really smooth trip to BevMo.com. Parking was right out front, so I didn’t have to do that whole thing where you circle the lot, wait behind someone loading bags, check the next row, or end up parking way off to the side. The entrance was easy to get to too, which was nice because I just wanted to grab what I needed and not make it a whole mission. I was in and out quickly, like the kind of quick stop you hope for when you’re running errands, grabbing drinks, picking something up for dinner, or just trying to get through your list without getting annoyed. No hassle at all.

"Accurate order, easy pickup"
I ordered a few bottles from BevMo and I was a little nervous I’d get tricked with a missing item or some random swap I didn’t approve. But everything in the bag was exactly what I picked online, so that was a relief. Pickup was simple and smooth. I’m giving 4 stars only because the update took a bit longer than I expected, but the order itself was spot on.
